Loved the silhouetted little owl against the moon and both Barn owl images. Must have been a real treat to see the ocelot and giant otter. For me the vignette on the bittern is way too strong, looks really false. Best wishes.

I'm glad you brought up butterflies, I think this "summer" has been the worst I've known for butterflies, I've seen hardly any! The comment about how little detail there is from the Olympus system is ridiculous. Although it's not a system I use myself, I am constantly astounded at the quality of images produced by people, including yourself, Andy, who do use Micro four thirds. Keep up the good work, I've been a big fan of yours for many decades, yes, since the days of film.

Brilliant photos as ever. Of your two ‘photos of the week’ I particularly like the second. However the very first shot of the hare having a wash is my absolute favourite.

The full frame boys spend 5k on a camera and 10k on a lens and can't take photos as good as Andy's even with all the advantages of physics. I can see why they get frustrated.
